During my New Year's stay, I appreciated the comfortable rooms and the helpful staff. I also enjoyed the convenient location, as it was close to many attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options.
There were a few things that could be improved. The gym was not well-maintained, and the equipment was old and in poor condition.

Efficient and friendly service, especially by the staff member named Laxmi and Ashish Giri. They were always smiling and provided quick service throughout our stay at Ginger Mangalore.
